Meet The Miners is a TV series showcasing a day in the life of real New Zealand mine sites. Each episode sees the presenter visit at least one mining operation to showcase how it all works and (as the name suggests) meet the miners who work there. The series is less Gold Rush, more Mining Calendar.
Hit Squad is the production team behind the entire series. We shoot every interview, rig every GoPro, and fly every drone. We also edit each episode and create all the various graphical elements. Our bare minimum crew leverages modern tech and a few decades of experience to enable the series to be produced on a budget that mainstream production companies wouldn’t get out of bed for.
