Red Cross literally invented first aid on a European battlefield in 1862. And they’re still the world’s largest first aid trainer today.
Hit Squad was contracted to help the New Zealand Red Cross’ first aid business unit to develop its training and product offerings in an effort to increase market share. We worked with the extremely talented in-house team to launch an entirely new, modern, and self-branded ranged of first aid products that are easily the best (and most cost-effective) available here.
We also helped to develop more industry-specific training and product options aimed at making attaining first aid compliance – under Worksafe regulations – easier, faster, and cheaper. This included ramping up the online training options that allowed participants to spend less time on site when gaining their first aid qualifications.
