Tight Knit is a new product offering in the workplace wellbeing space aimed specifically at Kiwi SMEs. It combines both online and offline components in a highly engaging, low-cost solution for organisations that would not otherwise consider adopting a wellbeing programme.
Hit Squad began this project by identifying new opportunities in the client’s potential market. We discovered that while many corporates were utilising wellbeing programmes, often at considerable cost, uptake was very low among smaller businesses and not-for-profits. Further research uncovered the key barriers for entry for SMEs were ease of integration, customisation of engagement levels, and sticker price.
Tight Knit was designed to overcome these obstacles, including the adoption of a monthly subscription model that radically lowered the upfront cost of the programme. Tight Knit was later renamed to better align with the client’s new branding strategy. But we still love the original name!
